Finally, a sock women can wear with their "ballerina flats" shoes. Very comfortable. I think they are a little pricey, but I guess this time, you are actually paying for good quality and style. Will buy more in the future.

Purchased these in black and tan to go with my 2 pair of summer travel Mary Jane shoes and they worked wonderfully protecting my feet from rubs and blisters walking many miles each day while staying hidden inside the shoe. My only small complaint is, they did shrink a bit in the washer (altho they stretched back out). Haven't dried them in the dryer so not so sure how that will turn out. Also, accidentally put a pair of the tan in with my darks and they absorbed all the color so now they are grey, haven't washed them yet to see if that will come out or not. I would purchase again, these are the only ones I found that are really low and don't show while wearing Mary Jane type shoes.

The Smartwool Hide & Sleek Socks are just what the name implies. I was afraid that they would not fit very well and would move around while being worn. However, they have been very comfortable and stay put while being worn. I prefer to feel a bit of substantialness to my socks so these are perfect for me. If you prefer a thin sock you may not like these.
