          I liked the style and support of these boots, however they felt too small in the instep and too big in the heel. There wasn't enough room in the toebox and yet they rubbed up and down in the back when I walked. I wound up returning them and i didn't try other sizes because I wasn't sure whether to go up or down a size. This was my first time buying Softspots boots so maybe they are not a good match for my feet. I have a high instep and a narrow heel. I bought the medium width. Otherwise though the quality of the boots seemed nice. If they fit I would have definitely kept them.
