Comments about Softspots Women's Higby Slip-On:
After wearing these around the house for an hour before going out to an event, I changed them out for an old stand-by. My heels were already raw. After reading other reviews, I had decided to order a half size up. That must be my mistake. I had to scrunch my toes to keep them from flipping back up on my heels. The materials also feel fake. I would gladly pay 10 or more bucks for real leather linings. Some of the fakes are getting pretty good at it. I don't care what is claimed, leather is best for my feet.
I love the looks of this shoe. Very pretty, stylish & feminine. But dang, just not comfortable.

VERY comfortable. Seem to run small perhaps? I had to be 1/2 size larger.

Closest I could find to a pair I bought before. Same size was too short. Trying again size larger

Comments about Softspots Women's Higby Slip-On:
I ordered 2 pairs: 1 black, 1-silver metallic.
The silver metallic fit beautifully and I love them..am going to order a few in other colors today. For the black pair, I measured and the height behind your heel was higher on the black pair by 5/8 inches than the silver pair, so it cut into my heel. I noticed it right away when trying on/comparing, so sent back the black ones...will try again today. This is a definite issue and the company should standardize the height....glad to discuss.

they remind me of shoes I wore as a child, always wanted them, took me a long time to do it now I wonder why'd I wait so long. I love the look I have them in red.

Comments about Softspots Women's Higby Slip-On:
This is a good looking shoe to wear with a skirt. Tennis shoes, water shoes are just not stylish with a skirt. The first time I tried them on I was concerned that the top of the shoe would rub my toenail and cause problems... but my toenails do not even know the shoe is on.

Comments about Softspots Women's Higby Slip-On:
These sandals look good and the bronze color is lovely. The sole is cushiony and comfortable... BUT there is a very bad painful spot rubbing my skin raw on the inside of the ankle on both sides. It must be a design issue. I think a fixed strap bukles and created a friction ridge. If I put a skin-toned bandaid on both feet to protect my skin in that area, the sandals are perfect and very comfortable. Since they do look nice, I shall save them for a semi-dressy look (with bandaid underneath) and not return them. However, this defect is not acceptable. These sandals are unwearable even for a short time without a bandaid and I would not purchase them again.

Nice looking shoe in many colors, Fits my narrow foot well, will probably get another pair. Can wear for many occasions. The red is a nice color, not bright. I really like this shoe and Softspot shoes in general because they are stylish and come in narrow width.

Great shoe for casual business wear.
I just wish that there was a better selection for size 10 1/2
Size 10 is definitely to short for my foot and the eleven is slighly large, but I will make it work!
