I did not expect a Steve Madden tote to start to come apart within 2 weeks of owning the bag. I was at work 1 day and someone noticed that the handle of my bag was undone. The gold pin that holds the handles to the bag had fallen out and we had to reapply the pin (after searching for it on the floor of my office). Someone luckily had an eyeglass repair tool with them and we used that to retighten the screw to the gold bar. We retightend all 4 screws to ensure this would not happen again. Well...1 week later another pin came out....this time I was not so lucky and could not find the pin so I had to remove the entire handle. I now have an expensive Steve Madden bag with only 1 handle. I am very disappointed.
