(Better then on the website here) I shopped around for good Stylish Winter Boots other than U G G S & saw these. I then went to[@] to get the video of them as they review all there shoes on video which I love so you can see them up close in person. Darker color Brown then what website here shows as I didn't want tan brown. I wish they did video here like that. But I love the fact that I can pay off in installment.Well The boots arrived yesterday I bought them in expresso.and worth the wait! Great ColorI picked them up and tried them on and they fit perfect to size & sooo Comfortable & Stylish.We had our first snow last night ( LOL ) so I decided to wear them outside. OMG AWESOME in Snow.Not slippery..I made a very good choice.The only Complaint I have is the overall customer service that gives is really bad by phone - RUDE and Horrible Service - Treated badly when ordering.Email is the better way to go..better service/no bad attitude.Also FYI your account takes a very long time to show any updated information after ordering which also needs better service care.But overall the company offers great shoes with Prices at the same or better as the mall and allows you to pay over time so if your budgeting you just have to ignore the service part.This is my second pair of boots this year and was treated bad both times.
