        This coming summer will be the third year that my two children have worn this same style closed toe sandal. The style is perfect because they provide more support than standard flip flops, but also protect their toes from the types of scrapes that remove the ends of their toenails and/or toes if they happen to trip and fall. I would highly recommend the style for young children!
