          I found this very comfortable from the first try-on, love the fabric & style, but my toes were still cold as there is no pile there. I am older, and my condo has very cold floors due to the sliding glass door frames which I am not allowed to replace. So I had to return them and order the Toe Warmer Jennifer model which has pile in the toe area, and seems much warmer. No pile in the soles, however.

                This is my second pair and I will be ordering my 3rd pair shortly. I have RA and my ankles swell and are easy to turn. My Sciatic nerve has taken my foot over and it is hard for me to control the action in my ankles this boot has changed my life. I can walk slowly and control my ankles and feet.                   I bought the boots to keep my feet warm and dry. I like them when there isn't alot of snow, so I don't have to use a higher boot. They are comfortable to walk in. They didn't take any break in period. My heels do slip up and down a little bit, but I have that problem anyway. I have really skinny heels. I like the material because the boots don't feel heavy on my feet.
