        I use the sheos to accentuate the rest of my outfit. I love the fact that if I have to stand 5-6 hours straight, my feet are not hurting at the end of my day. Now if you are running say to catch the bus not a good idea. Other than that, I recommend these shoes 100% of the time.

            If you have slightly wide feet, these will not be comfortable the first few wearings. I found that if I wore them around with socks for the first few times, it breaks them in so they don't leave sores on my feet. They kind of go with silver or gold, just depends on the outfit you are wearing. I really like them though.
