    These boots replace Trotter's boots that I purchased several years back. Was disappointed in the quality now. If I had paid full price for these boots, I would have returned them but at 50% off that's about what the quality is now.

          I haven't worn yet and intended use is only when I need to walk in snow. I have a narrow heel and foot and will need inserts to make them "fit". I don't know yet how comfortable they will be and had last snow boots probably 15 yrs. (outer was water repellent nylon and was suitable for dress wear--these look a lot more recreational!)

                  I just received my boots. Tey are nice looking but..I wear a size 12 medium and trhey were a little big and my feet were not warm at all. They are a nice boot to look at.
