I bought this bag for my Mom's birthday but when I got it I discovered that the inside zipper doesn't work. So I am thinking of returning it my mom loved the bag, she needed a new bag because the other one she had was falling apart. So I had to give it to her like that and I told her I was going to exchange it for the same product but one that works well. It was a bummer because she wanted to take it to her work the next day to show it off. But she couldn't...so I will be returning this product. The inside zipper is the only CON because the bag is JUST BEAUTIFUL.
