The boot was too wide at the top and the catalog stated it had fringe on the back of the boot - there were just cuts down the back of the boot so it wouldn't serve the purpose for which I purchased it.

The one thing that was negative is that the back part being open, without a lining where there are cut outs, caused a draft of cold. So the boots where sent back. I wear boots in Colorado winters to keep warm. Everything else was excellent; [...], fit and style.
