              [...] they were well worth the wait! They're very well made and dont feel cheap at all. Unlike other comments, I don't think it feels like the heel is going to snap off, but they do feel a little snug width wise. Also unlike other comments, these shoes are not comfortable. They hardly have any cushioning, but they're not unbareable; I just wouldn't want to stand or walk in them for a long period of time. They are difficult to get on and off, but they seem to stretch a little after the first wear, so it gets easier. I don't have very skinny calves, but they're not huge, and these boots fit very well. I was actually surprised.

              Service and delivery comments:

              I was amazed at the delivery time. Even though these boots were on backorder, they were shipped out a week before they were estimated to and got here very quickly (just in time for thanksgiving!)

              I had to wait for about 3 weeks to get these boots because they were on backorder, they were well worth the wait! I even started getting buyers remorse waiting for them. They are great! They're stylish and cute and sexy. The only problem I have with them is I feel like they're squeezing the sides of my feet, and I dont have wide feet. Unlike other reviews, I dont feel the heel is going to fall off, they actually feel very well made. They are difficult to get on, but after the first wear that doesn't seem to b much of a problem. Also, idk how ppl say they're comfortable, I dont think they r at all. I wore them for 20 minutes and the balls of my feet were killing me, I would highly recommend some type of insole or something.
