I bought this zip boot as well as the Walking Cradle Elite Monte style with the buckle and neither boot rates 5 stars. The zip boot needs to be ordered a 1/2 size bigger as another reaviewer suggested. It is a comfy, cushioned boot but fits rather large on the ankle and hits the outer ankle bone. The Monte style fits true to size and is comfy but not as cushioned as this boot. It fits the ankle better. If the zip boot came in a higher cut that does not hit the ankle it would get 5 stars.

I purchased these for a trip to Europe and I will get more wear than that out of them. They are like walking in bedroom slippers they are so comfortable. Could us a little more arch support but other than that they are the perfect pants shoe.
