Comments about Work America Men's 6" Service Boot:
I have always worn out the lining of the shoes. I have had several pairs over the years. The last pair the sole broke down at the heel. Liner was shredded, upper leather still in good shape. I love the traction in an auto shop lots of liquids on floor shoes grip great. Just wish lining held up better could get more out of them. Great biking boot good traction on oily roads at stop lights and signs.

Comments about Work America Men's 6" Service Boot:
Due to foot condition wear for long hours each day. This cause wear out in 4-5 months. 2-3 pair per year expensive but well worth it. Problem due to size many times when ordered they are back ordered for months. Gotten to the point where I order 2 pair at a time and then reorder when I put the last on for the first time.

Comments about Work America Men's 6" Service Boot:
I bought this style some 30 years ago. I wear them primarily for yard work, so there is not much pavement type wearing of the shoes. However, to have these last this long, I think is quite impressive.

Comments about Work America Men's 6" Service Boot:
I bought these for work. Once the uppers are broken in they will be more comfortable. However, the insoles are cheap and not sufficient for all day on your feet on a concrete floor. I had to buy better insoles. This added $15.00 to the cost of the boots. As it is, these are a no frills pair of shoes. While I don't mind paying good money for a high quality boot, I would not have bought these boots in a store for the price that was charged. I wonder if the boots have changed recently and the description and price have not caught up.

Comments about Work America Men's 6" Service Boot:
I used this shoes for work for the past two years. In the beginning they felt tight and it did caused blisters in my instep. It took a while to break them in. Once broken in, it will be the only shoe you wear. One more thing I've read other comments about the tongue not being aligned on the left shoe. That happen to mine too. I just did a slit in it and passed the shoe lace through it and has worked fine since. Remarkably the soles have lasted, but the inside lining did tear. Other than that, this shoe is awesome. Buying another pair soon.

Comments about Work America Men's 6" Service Boot:
the left shoe tongue was sewn in crooked and therefore when the shoe is worn the tongue works its way left no matter where you start with it. very disappointing!!! Otherwise the shoe is very good.
