About FedEx International Shipping
International shipping for ShoeMall items is offered through FedEx, a global e-commerce provider. This service allows you to see all prices and the landed order total in your local currency within the FedEx checkout window. FedEx also lets you take advantage of a fast, reliable shipping network. When you place an international shipping order, your transaction will be with FedEx. However, should you need assistance with your order, ShoeMall will be happy to assist.
How to Order
Confirm or change your country by clicking the country flag at the top of any page. Start shopping! After you click the Check Out button in the shopping bag, your transaction will be processed by FedEx. A FedEx checkout window will open where you’ll see the landed order total, including any applicable shipping costs, duties and taxes.
If you don’t see your country listed, FedEx doesn’t currently ship to that destination.
If you are shipping to the United States, a U.S. Territory or an APO/FPO address, simply proceed through the regular checkout process.
Check Order Status
You may check the status of an international shipping order at any time online by visiting the FedEx Cross Border Tracking page and entering your FedEx Cross Border order number (provided in the FedEx order confirmation email) and email address. If you have ShoeMall account, you may also view the status of your international shipping order by signing in and navigating to the order history page.
Payment methods vary by shipping destination. All available options will be presented to you during checkout.
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by FedEx and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction. Exchange rates for ShoeMall are updated by FedEx every day.
Duties & Taxes
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during checkout, providing you with a guaranteed landed cost. They are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that FedEx supports.
Shipping Options & Costs
International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by FedEx based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination.
We offer standard and express shipping options.
Currently, we do not offer free shipping to international destinations.
During checkout, you will see an estimated delivery date range specific to your shipping destination.
Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept international returns if your request is within 60 days of the purchase date, though during holiday season (November 1 – January 1), we’ll give you up to 90 days from the purchase date to make gift-giving easier. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. ShoeMall does not reimburse any duties or local taxes.
We do not accept international exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, you will need to ship the item back at your expense and purchase the replacement item as a new order on ShoeMall.com. Note: applicable taxes, duties and fees as well as shipping will be charged on the replacement item.
ShoeMall is not liable for lost returned packages. Please retain a copy of your return tracking number(s) to insure receipt of your delivery.

Due to shipping restrictions by country, we are unable to ship all items online to all countries. If applicable, restricted items will need to be removed from your shopping bag or replaced before you can proceed to the FedEx checkout window.
